陈胜容，女，四川绵阳人，四川师范大学历史文化与旅游学院教授、硕士生导师，中山大学旅游管理博士，美国印第安纳大学-普渡大学印第安纳波利斯联合校区(IUPUI)访问学者，四川省专家服务团专家、四川省文化和旅游厅专家库成员。研究领域为遗产旅游与旅游可持续发展，先后主持国家社会科学基金、国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社会科学研究基金、国家旅游局万名旅游菁英项目。讲授课程《旅游消费者行为学》、《旅游研究与论文写作》等，曾参与编写文化和旅游部《巴蜀文化旅游走廊建设规划》、国家旅游局行业标准《国民旅游休闲示范城市》、《国家湿地旅游示范基地》。
